signal/emergency lights don't work..

I have a 1991 coupe and my signal/emergency lights just stopped working.. I checked my fuse for the signals and it's perfectly fine.. What could it be?

ok i checked my hazard fuse and that was out, and now my hazards work but my turn signals still don't work..
