sign in doesn't work

i had a different name but when i cleared my history (along wihth cookies) i had to sign in again but everytime i tried it went to a "page not found" thing so i had to make a new account jsut letting someone know that this is happening

Click on the Nico homepage and then sign in.For some reason the system doesn't let us sign in when we want to post a reply or a new post.
