Sightings: S13 coupe and S14 w/S15 front end in Wisconsin (ne1?)

Since i've lived here i've noticed 3 240s, my own 1997, a S13 red hatch (decent looking), and a grey rusted hatch (sadly abused ) but this weekend there was a gold S13 coupe in Horicon Wisconsin, i've never seen the car before and i've been across a good deal of my county and a couple of the neighboring ones never seen it.....my friend came back from his trip 4 hours or so up north and near Eagle River saw an S14 with the S15 front end up on a lift in a garage don't know on the color.

J/W if anyone on hear knows who these belong to, or if they belong to anyone on here, kind of a long shot but hey worth one
