I'm no Constitutional scholar or a Supreme Court Justice... but doesn't this show a fairly obvious lack of comprehension of the basics?

All political leaning aside, and notwithstanding my position on the BO HC Plan, this strikes me as warranting removal from office.

its funny that this is the first mention from you of someone egregiously mentioning the constitution. where were you for the past two years? the tea party and gop believe that practically anything that Obama does is unconstitutional. and they have repeated this claim over and over without any proof.

I've read the article twice, and I don't quite understand her reasoning. I can't tell if that's her fault of the fault of the writer. Before we go casting aspersions on the speaker, keep in mind you're getting this story through a filter.

Either way, the thing's not going to be repealed, so it's a non-issue. Amended, probably and hopefully, but not repealed.
