Sigh, sorry guys i need a little help again. "Transmission malfunction"

So i changed the spark plugs on my q i used ngk platinums and the car had denso's in there already. Car was running fine before i switched the plugs. Only other thing i did was add an apex i super ground unit yesterday. But the car ran fine last night. When i first stat the car now i get a "transmission malfunction" reading and once i start driving it goes to ok and the car drives fine for the most part. Only thing is the kick down takes slightly longer but not always. I did the at self diagnosis and got a code 3 also after putting in the new plugs the idle is about 300 rpm too high. Any help is much appreciated guys.
