sigh... rb20 s13 trouble

ok so yesterday evening i wired up 2 12" pusher fans on my s13. I wired them to the rear defrost button as my switch, clipped a wire so it doesn't automatically shut off, let her idle and took a shower, came back out, fans were still on, shut the car off and called it a night.

So around noon today i crank it up, runs fine, everything still works.

Come back around 5 and run the fan wire under the dash and tuck it so its not visible. Put climate control and stereo back in. Try to crank the car and nothing.

When i turn the key there isn't so much as a click or pop like its grounding out, just nothing. Fans work, Climate control works, Radio works, dash lights work, dome light works, head lights work. ebrake/battery/seat belt warning lights all come on.

I checked all the fuses, none blown. Only thing is under the dash there is a black and brown/white wire that look like they were hooked up to something, but i can't see anywhere they would be just two wires hanging infront of the fuses on the left, w/ stripped ends.

Anyone?
