Sig police...please keep 'em small! (600x200 max)

Guys, we need to keep our sig pics within site specs. Please adjust as necessary to get to at least the 600x200 max. (smaller is better!)

*edit...you may have noticed that some have already been changed to a link with "sig to big". Other mods have changed it...it's my fault, I should have told you guys sooner
