Sideskirt install

I have a 95 base model but i got a pair of the SE sideskirts, how do you put these on? I looked on the bottom of the car and saw no holes so do i need to use self tapping screws?

Basically there are two ends to each skirt. One is fixed and one is removable. Line up the fixed end at the front wheel well and you will see a screw that needs to come out and hold the skirt on. Put some double sided tape on the skirt and press it into place. But the endcap into place and screw it in, you will need a little braket for that that slips over the metal lip that the rear cap screws into. Use stainless self tapping screws on the bottom and go to town. When you are done it will look like mine.
