side plug on ka24de

This may be a noob question but does anyone know what this plug is for? Its located on the exhaust side near the motor mount. I have searched for this and can't find out whats its for.Is it oil or coolant?This is on a s14 Ka24de

oh ok, just wondering if its possible to use that for one of the coolant lines for a turbo (t-25)?
