side mirrors with blinkers

does anyone know if there are side mirrors with the LED blinkers for the 2010 G37 sedan? I saw some on a G35 sedan on the streets, but I believe the 2010 have different mirrors.

I have looked for this as well. There is a company out there (Muth) that makes aftermarket kits (I looked into one for my wife's suburban) but they do not make one for the G. If you happen to find one please let me know. I do like the look of it as well as the additional safety I believe it provides..
