Sometimes when I push start button to shut down, engine was off but radio still on, door still locked. What I could do was push start button to turn on and push again to shut down.
What causing that, contacts relay issue?

It can't be a sticky button, but the button could be double-hitting and kicking everything back to Acc instead of shutting off. Next time it happens, look at the indicator lights on the button. If they show "Acc" then you have a bad button, if they show "Off" then you probably have a bad Accessory Relay.

Thanks will check. It's normally okay, will wait for it to happen.

Any tips to replace the start button? I know it attached to immo unit. Do I have to take the trim out?

That depends on your car's MY, but it looks like on most or all of them it's mounted in Instrument Finisher C. If so, it's easy. Just loosen (but don't remove) the left lower dash, then the finisher should pry out and there will be two plastic pawls retaining the button assembly.

I believe you will find most, if not all, of what you seek to do in this writeup that the good doctor shared with us. Link -
