t3/t04e 60 trim .63 a/r and two spacers to clear the stock manifold. My W/G placement is the same. I did it last year, and you should have everything fit. The dump will be a little tight to snake around though.

Use T3 turbo flanges and I found some long bolts that I cut down to studs. Have fun getting your manifold/turbo apart in the car. I can't get mine apart unless I disassemble the center section, which sucks.

Well I currently have the stock engine in my s13 and I'm putting it in my s14 so I'll swap turbo and manifold on while its out.

Yeah, just warning you that it is a nightmare to take back off once you have it in the car!

wastegate flange looks great. Was it difficult to weld to the cast piece?

I didn't weld it myself. I bought manifold from a fellow member. The welds are excellent and it was even cleaned up inside the manifold. I'm happy with the way it looks and as long as I get my turbo to fit I'll be all good.

youcan go to a auto parts store to get exhaust manifold studs, look in the stud section for the correct length for the application. i got mine from parts wearhouse, i used a 1/2inch t3 flange to space the turbo away from the manifold

Hey you remember the thread pitch? I remember trying to find studs for the exhaust manifold on the head was horrible.

the exhaust studs coming outa the head are 50mm by10mm and 1.25 fine thread. i had trouble finding that size in grade 8 (i wanted that) so i ended up just tapping the hole so it fit standard. now i use bolts instead of studds i likeit way better. i havent really looked at the mani that much but put some channel locks on those studs and unscrew those b**ches. if they break go to a machine shopp have them drill them out should only be like 20 bucks

Here is my Stock manifold setup with ext wastegate. I Made an adapter plate that converts it from a t3/t4 to a t4 flange and it accepts a 40mm wastegate. I am running the Precision 60mm turbo.

Well I think with any turbo down pipe your going to have steering shaft interference. What I done was made my own down pipe. My turbo took a 3inch v-band clamp on the exhaust side. So what i done was ordered a v-band clamp kit with 2 flanges, and 2 90degree mandrel bent mild steel pipes and Cut them to fit then tig welded everything. I Have about 1/8th inch clearance between my down pipe and the steering shaft. But it turned out nice. It took me a while to fab everything tho.

I have more pics in this thread: zer...hread
