I'm about to color match my engine cover and would like to see some other painted engine covers. i've seen a couple and thought it would cool to see them in one thread.

here is mine.....

A combination of a faulty spray can and lack of patience on my part got me less than stellar results. Some paint drips and that area on the left side of the pic where you can see where I tried to smooth out some excess paint. Because of the faulty can - most of the paint ended up on the floor.

Good thing is - since it is in the engine compartment - it doesnt have to be perfect. I decided it wasn.t worth it to order more paint - so i just finished up with several coats of clear.
