Let's hope the woman is not black.Or the cop will be in trouble, even if he IS black.

She looks 100% crack head. That's how my ex might end up looking 15 years from now.Good thing I got rid of her.

ok, again more info helping quite a bit, I am rather surprised anyone expected the cop to see in a tinted car at night with parking lot lights. i wonder if he even saw anyone in the car or just aimed for the driver area and fired.

still sitting on the fence, but i am really leaning on the cops side as i hear more, just due to training and the circumstances overall. dark vehicle which stopped on command then started moving again, I would have probably started firing assuming that i was still feeling unable to move my car out fast enough. but in VA i dont think this would be viewed the same, as road rage type activity is a valid reason to use lethal force if they are ramming you or attempting to...

Thats all I need to hear...I wasn't sure about this until now, but hes totally in the right if thats true. If he was in his car I would have probably been on the fence, but thats her trying to attack him.

His next court appearance is set for Aug. 26 and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 17.

Quoting the District Attorney...

“Every officer-involved shooting is carefully reviewed by the District Attorney's Office to determine if criminal charges should be filed,” she said. “Based on the evidence and the law, these charges are appropriate.”

Sounds like he's gonna get dragged through the mud just to appease some POS crackhead baby-making machine who needs a good dose of high-speed lead therapy.

I'd like to kick her attorney in the junk.

AZ you know as well as I do that ther attorney has nothign to do with this. And despite my personal distaste for lawyers, I don't have a problem with crackheads getting the same hardcore representation that corporate criminals do.

If the DA says the charges are relevant based on the law (I dont know the specific law) let them take it to court...that DA is gonna lose bad and look bad

Agreed.

Just venting.

Must suck to be a defense attorney and have to sleep at night... I'd be saying, "Lady, you're a waste of skin and you're going to jail."
