All infiniti's have that screen. It controls the audio and displays MGP, miles to empty, temperature, etc. The package that includes navigation was an extra cost option. It also included the DVD player inside the center console. If you have no DVD player in your console, you probably don't have navigation. On your upper center swithes (called the "multi-switch" you should have buttons for MAP, DESTINATION, ZOOM IN, and ZOOM OUT.
As Ilya said, there are threads in the forum about adding NAV if not already equipped.
One thing to consider: The latest map update stopped at 2015. They did NOT make a 2016 or a 2017 version for 2010 and older years of the Ms. Before you spend oodles of cash on equipment and all the labor it takes to dismantle your dash, I recommend getting an after market NAV like TomTom, Garmin, etc and run it with the cigarette lighter plug.
