Should I use ARP studs on a DE head/E block hybrid?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I found a ka24e motor pretty cheap and I have a ka24de motor with a bad bottom end. I understand that the twin cam head on the single cam block will yeild roughly an 11:1 comp. ratio, so does that mean the OEM head bolts would be insufficient for holding the head down?

Also any information about the swap from someone that's done one would be great, too. Driveability, power differences, mpgs, exhaust note, etc. (seems like the higher comp. would cause the exhaust note to become more raspy or Civic like lol)

EDIT: Since there also seems to be some misunderstanding as to whether or not the swap will work, here is an older post from NICO explaining it.....

Yes, use ARP head studs. I think the OEM studs would be fine, but you can't re-use old ones, so you'd have to buy new ones anyway. Also if you ever have to take your head off you can re-use the ARP studs. Since you're replacing them anyway you might as well get the ARP ones.
