Should I use a cooling system cleaner?

Hi, should I use a cooling system cleaner after I drain and fill with distilled water? Then drain and refill a couple of times before I add New Nissan coolant? Does Nissan recommend a particular cleaner?

2018 Versa. 70k first coolant change

We use Valvoline/Zerex Super Flush at the shop and it does a decent job, but at 5 years and 70K your blue coolant shouldn't be in terrible shape. Unless you have a specific reason, I'd skip the flush and just do a spill-and-fill.
