I'm not sure if i want to build a KA from scratch or turbo my stock engine...

It has 96,000 Miles and sounds and pulls greatcompression is 180, 180, 170, 180Turbo??What turbo would you guys recomend for 10PSI on stock engine?I was thinking a Garrett T2871 or T2876...LMK

Go for it.

If you want T2, get the 2871, NOT 2876 (people have boost creep issues, melting gaskets, the turbo is too big for a T2)

OR 50 trim...

If its taken care of, the KA loves boost. I'd suggest a T3 sized turbo. The T2 is just to small for the KA.

The T3/TO4E in 50 trim with a .48AR hotside is your best bang/buck turbo IMO.

I've slowly started to agree with this statement. At first I thought about going T2 but the longer I read it just seems that a high TQ 2.4 motor like this would be better suited for a T3.
