Should I sell the 240??

Hi, couple days ago a guy showed up at my door and wanted to look at the 240. He was saying it was the cleanest 240 in town. I showed him the car and we talked a bit, than he offered to take it off my hands for 3000. Its a 89 240sx fastback btw with 75k and stock. So what do you guys think? should i let it go? I bought it for 2900. thanks

If it's in as good of shape as your potential buyer says it's in then keep it. Where else are you going to find a car in as good of shape for $3000?

Why sell somthing to gain 100 dollars. If you live in an area where a 75k mileage 240 is obtainable easily then i wanna live near you. But seriously, you most likely wont be able to replace it with a car in equal or better condition. Also if you factor in any mods/repairs you most likely are losing money. KEEP THE CAR!!! the only upside i could see to this is if you find a 200 dollar beater 240 and you get 2800 for mods, but even so id take the car you have now.

I'm new to Nico & I don't even have a 240 yet ... but I know you should keep that car. If you sell it ... you'll be kicking yourself. It's hard to find a clean 240 ... trust me I know

yes its old, true. but it looks clean as hell. not sure about the interior, but it hasa nice future.

keep it, if engine dies, replace it with SR20DET. or rebuilt your CA and slap a perfectly chosen turbo on it.

Its reliable and clean. keep it. I went through buying cars and selling them every few months. Sure I made a few bucks but now I'm left with a cheap clean 240 coupe that needs a trans swap. You also have to think about if you buy a new used car how much would you have to put into it if its not in perfect shape.
