Should I replace the exhaust gaskets?

So I got my N1 and downpipe and shoulud be installing them this weekend... should I replace the gaskets at the dp?

Ahhhhh.... I was trying to install my dp yesterday and couldnt get the damn bolts off the turbo side of the dp. I couldnt even budge them :/ I guess Im gonna have to go to a muffler shop to see if they could get them off then...
