Well I found out that my aux fan is not working. I will have to fix this later but will it be better to remove it and allow more air to hit the condenser/radiator or should I just leave it in until its fixed. car is not overheating at all.

ps I have a koyo rad if it makes a difference.

More work. Wait till you need to fix it. Why would you remove it?

Just thinking less air interference for the radiator. Less chances of overheating in traffic or on hot days due to more air flow.

Since it's not overheating don't worry about it. Removing it would only make a minimal difference anyway. The weather would make a big difference though.

Is the fan motor just burned out?

Try swapping the fuse or the relay first.
