Should I put RS Watanabes on my versa?

Here is a pic of a yaris/vitz with the same wheels...

I'm a sucker for these wheels

the set I am interested in are 16x7+37 so they should look almost the same as those on the vitz and would definitely fill out the versa...

Those look nice and they're not a huge departure from the stock wheels, so you can feel pretty confident that they'll look nice. They are a bit sportier and of course, going bigger will be nice.
