Dry is ok. Just use rvt above/around the oil pump and timing chain area so there are no leaks.

Just put it on dry with some RTV around the Front Cover area.

Also i use the 87 x 1.5mm gasket on my 86.5mm bore engine. Been holding up excellent.

Thats good to no! Because thats the exact same set-up im going with my bottom end is also .20 over and i was kinda worried about running a 87mm headgasket on the 86.5mm bore, but i was told it will be fine...

I would use copper spray, but im sure you will be ok without it, but thats just what I would do, I have built a few motors and always use copper spray on MHG for peace of mind.

i have put copper spray with all my rebuilds. And i put RTV on the top of front cover (you are supposed to do this regardless). No leaks and its been holding up for over 10k miles.

Ok guys sounds good, i think im gonna use the copper spray just for alittle extra insurance, So to get everything cleared up i should spray it on both sides of the gasket, and before i install it i should run a bead of silicone around the timing chain areas..
