should i make this a project car after i go to the service or sell it

im goin to the service in june i have 1990 240sx stock im buying a few things for it this spring to make it look nicer and ill probably put a turbo and a few other engine parts but i dont know if i should sell it or keep it and make it look real nice and turn it into a project
