Should I install Borla exhaust on my s13 (pics)

I managed to get this exhaust from my friend. And yes i know that it needs to be customized to fit right. I need a second opinion. I think that this will sound and look good on the s13. I just dont want it to be a er. Tell me

what you think.

i think it could be pretty sick. depends on the car though. if you throw that on stock 240, that won't work.

i say go for i love Borla exhaust...and if the car isnt stock it will sound good. Dont forget to post pics of the exhaust on the car

It would needs lots of fab work to look right.

The input looks like its coming in at an angle, the tip is pointing towards the center of the car, and the hangers are all messed up.

By the time you cut all of the wrong piping off of it, you'll be left with a pretty ugly (but completely functional) muffler.

If I got it for free I'd rock it in a heartbeat.

If I paid money for it...I'd try to find out what car it's made for an sell it on ebay listed as such.

Borla sounds good for 1..From the Tip to the muffle i would cut and than make it point straight, than hangars just cut and reweld. Looks pretty easy

I asked a few people too, they also thought it would be gay. What is the original car that it was supposed to go on? depending on what it was supposed to go onto, it might sound wierd, it looks like a truck exhaust to me. I would just ebay it and buy something aplication specific.

I think it might actually work! Lose the hangers though, you'll need to fab up your own... but at least its pointing in the right direction. I say do it for the sake of having a free exahust...

It's also a horizontally opposed motor, sound way diff then anything else. To the op, I had one on my s10 extreme, and it sounded frekin awesome! I say do it, it's your car the hell with your boys opinions!

blacky_s13,That muffler is our "S-Type" muffler for a Mustang. Your build will require some custom fab, but it will definitely be an aggressive sound when you're done with it. Good luck!
