It looks good enough to be worth further investigation.
Above all, before buying, have it inspected by a competent, trustworthy mechanic who has experience with Infiniti and/or Nissan vehicles. With a car this old, how it has been maintained means the difference between a solid car and a worn out POS. Does the seller have service records?
To determine a fair price, you need to know what options it has. In the photos, I see a rear spoiler but not paddle shifters. Otherwise, I can't tell what packages it has. A moon roof implies the premium package. Rear tires wider than the fronts implies the sport suspension.
