there are plenty of s13s out here in the bay, id hold out cuz the engine has quiet a bit of miles on it, ive seen better for the same price, try http://www.craigslist.org.

130 is really low for a 90, id offer like 1700 an work from there. Not a bad deal, ive seen em wit almost 200k on the market for close to 3k.

I agree with Silent... the price isn't really too high, but its kind of a ways to go for a car. If everything is real good mechanically then it might be worth it though. I'd seriously consider it.

Have u seen any pix of the car? If u haven't ask him for it. That way helps u to estimate the condition of the car lil bit!!As long as car is in good condition and everything work as it should be...then, it is not a bad deal at all!! Oh, find out what r the options features or mods..maybe. It changes the price all the time~ Good luck!!
