should I get CAI or short ram w/ sleepy eye?

I've been debating to go with short ram or cold air. I just wanted to know if having sleepy eye and shortram would be just as good as with cold air. Thanks!

sleepy eyes are done for a nice sleek look. ive never heard of this mod being done to "allow" colder air into the engine bay.

Short ram, sleepy eyes, and get a vented headlamp cover and you're good.

Like Nismo said, sleepy eyes is more looks than anything. Just take apart your headlamp and stare through that "maze" of an alternative intake path. If anything, I think the aerodynamics of your car will go down slightly, since the air has to travel in, down, through, up instead of just straight across the headlamp.

The only way to really get all that air in there, is to do a little machining and tubing. The intake path from the headlight to the filter is very odd and has too many areas that the air can escape easier.

Another possibility is CAI w/ cold air extension which puts your filter where real cold air can get to it, but you have to watch out for rain.

A short ram will sound beefier. I think CAI have advantages on rolling starts, not positive.

The most important thing that you are gonna buy from your list, imo, is the air filter - just make sure it's a good one and you'll be set to go.

Of course we're probably talking about .25 - 1hp difference in all this .

Yeah, your intake looks remarkably similar to Civic and Integra intakes. The shorter the intake pipe, the better after all.
