should I get a CA for my 240sx????

I have the opportunity to get a CA for around $1400 picked up. its in really good shape and he says it everything that i need for it, cept for an ignitor chip which i'm gettin off a buddy. so what do you think? has around 60k miles on it. the guy says its in good shape so... I'm probobaly gonna get it but i just need a NICO shove in the right direction

as with every other option. it depends on how much money you have. If you're on a 'budget' which you shouldnt, then go for the ca. If you have a extra 1000 laying around, it'll problaby be better to get a newer engine like a sr20

If you honestly want my advice, I would try to find a blown swap whether it be SR or CA, and have it rebuilt to new specs, I dont trust anybody who says there motors have such and such mileage on them. Unless it comes out of actual car with gauge cluster I dont believe anyone. And I just like to start with a fresh motor. I bought my car with a CA installed, thank god I got it at good price, motor is in bad shape, really bad shape. But with time and patience, and a second car, I am going to have it rebuilt to factory specs, but with CP Pistons. It will be a CA again soon.

I just spun a rod bearing in mine.

You can buy my engine ecu and harness if you like.
