Should I fix,sell, or part out my new 240sx car???

I am picking up a 93 240sx Le with leather interrior, LSD,manual, all power and sunroof, BLACK and only things that are wrong with it is its missing a sunroof and has a dent in the driver door and front fender. Should I part it out? sell it as it is? or fix it and sell it as a good car??? What do you all think????
