Should I drain out my tank?

My Z is finally coming back on the road after 5 years of inactivity (more or less) The tank has had roughly 3-4 gallons in it (gas gauge is below E but the light is not on) However, I have been putting gas in between while I have been trying to get it running again. ( I have had it running a couple times in those 3 years) The latest gas I put in was about 2 years ago. I was planning on just filling it with 93 octane as is since there is so little in it. But I have been reading how it should be drained. Best suggestion?

Also, should there be anything else I should be aware of?

I'd drain it and also flush the lines if you can.
