ok so i looked at this car today and he said it was a salvage title because the guy was drifting and hit a pole in the back and so he bondo'd it. The interior has absolutely nothing in it like he said since it was gutted. There aren't even speakers. It sounds nice besides the exhaust isn't on and he said something like its leaking a little so there was this little off sound. There is rust on the side skirt on the drivers side but surprisingly there isn't any on the inside of where the hatch closes.

Motor seems good, just needs some work, the chassis seems like it needs alot of work based on info. If you want it, and you are prepared to work on it in its current state, then go ahead.

If the dent was above the fender well, he may have hit the wheel and compromised the rear suspension somehow. Maybe an axle is screwed up or something. Just inspect it like you know there's something wrong that you're looking for. If all is well, then it is a great find! Be aware of RUST! Check your strut towers, they seem to be a problem in these rust states.
