Should i buy this conv. 240sx?

Well recently i started working for my dad in mexico and he takes and this short cut to the bridge every day on the way out and on the way i saw a ltd. edition 240sx white all original.Now for the cons i stopped to take a look at it first the passenger side door wont open the cars not wrecked but its stuck tryed moving the manual lock swich feels like your moving nothing so that might be it, the body is almost perfect sep' its got rust on the upper quarter panel where the it cuts off to ragtop on each side, some surface rust where the drivers side of the wing bolts to the trunk, and in my experiance that rust on most 240's in south Texas have that you can see when you open the door i dont know what you call that area but ya there is rust there.Now the pros the car has a perfect black pleather interior even the shifter boot is good, no cracks in the dash like my old koop, the motor is in grate condition sounds good no smoke its a ka24de, and the paint is pefect minus the rust most of the glass(only the windshild is bad) is good all the power widows work.OOh ya its a 5-speed.All for the price if $1100.So in u guys openion should i rescue this usdm 240 from El otro lado.(the other side)LOL(not funny i know).I've bought a ****load worse for ****load more.Mainly its my concern about the quarter rust do any of you have experiance whith it and what is in store under the trim.

You need to investigate that rust further to make sure it's just surface rust.

But otherwise it sounds like a great deal.

The rust on the trunk in just surface rust now the rust on the quarter is not however it is minimal i mean like if it were rectangular its like 1/4 inch by 4 inch.on each side.its pretty deep its flakey and its bubbled but minimal.Hey also did none of the conv. 240s come 5-speed stock?

Tops in good condition no mold(when it was humid and i put the top down on my camaro vert. green stuff all over) it needs a window section replacment its not ripped up but i cant see through it and its got tape on it.The top wont go up and down on its own power but the tops all good outside and in.Thx for da info.Thats awsome the car is allredy standard sweet .Dam if it werent for my broke *** needing to chose between texting and picture mail id post some today but it'll have to wait till tommorow.
