Should I buy this car?

I came across this on Craigslist and wanted some outside input. I just want to get a 240sx! lol I've been waiting for the right one to come along for a long time, so far no luck. This one is in my price range and seems to be a good candidate for modification. I just want some experienced input on what I should do. I want to ask for a lower price but I need to get in touch with the guy. Any opinions/advice is welcome and encouraged. Is this a good deal? What should I ask for price wise? I would offer him 1300 to start out. 1900 is shady considering there arent any exterior pics of the car. Get those then think more about what you want to do. buying a piece because you want a 240 so bad is not a good idea lol. Shop around for a little bit until you find a decent one, be very careful of frame rail rust too.

Seems a bit high. Ask Joe to come down a bit. Around the $1200-1400 mark would seem to fit better..

agreed. 1900 is too much. I will ask about rust. I've been shopping around for a 240 for about a year now, so I have no problem walking away.
