There's a 1991 Nissan 300zx TT for sale in my area and the asking price is $9500 OBO. I've been thinking about either picking up one of these as a weekend car/project car since i have always loved them but i was also thinking about possibly flipping this one to make a little money if possible, i'm just not sure what a great deal would be and wasn't able to find much info as far as current pricing on the net.

It's a 1991 300zx TT with 64k miles. It has no major dents or dings, just some mild scratches and small imperfections in the paint, has basic bolt on mods (exhaust, intake, ecu) and comes with all the stock parts. What would you guys consider to be a good deal on this as far as purchasing it as a project car and what would you consider to be a great deal if i decided to buy it for the sole purpose of relisting it and trying to make a quick buck? Thanks in advance!

To make money off of it could be a long shot or could happen the day after you buy it. These cars are not in high demand. Great cars, yes, but unfortunately are not as popular as Supras, NSX, Old Muscle cars, etc. Maybe in 10-15 years it will be a collectors, just not now.

Now spending 9500 on a project, that is one expensive project.

I also bought one with about 63000 miles. You should know that if the timing belt and related repairs were not done at 60,000, you are facing expensive maintenance. My drive shaft was also bad, but that can be replaced with a one-piece shaft in the mid $100's. I don't think there's any flipper's market today.

Not much of a flippers market especially at 9.5k, if you aren't buying it to enjoy it and spend lots of money on it , I would walk away. I have mine for the smile factor, never expecting to recover my investment much less make money.
