For my S14..A friend is selling his Tein NA coilovers.. they have been used for 1 summer on his RB26DETT S14 , which means not a whole lot of street mileage, and 4-5 drift events/practices..

He is selling them for $650CAD. Is that a deal, or should I avoid these coilovers?

Thanks for your opinions.

That's definitely a grab. Even though the RB26DETT went a little bit harsh on the TEIN I believe it will still function the same. Rebuildable so don't worry too much about it. Would you rather go for some cheap lowering springs and struts like I did or some TEIN Dampers? I regret my AGX and TEIN S Tech. I would get if I was being offered.

$560 cdn..... isn't that like $340 USD??? for TEIN coilovers???

jeez...I don't even like Tein and I'D pay 340 for those.

nice job on the bargain hunting.

make sure they aren't cracked or leaking or have badly bent brackets, but I'd still consider it if only 1 is messed up...that means only 1 to replace.
