A great resource for Nissan Sentra, Infiniti G20, 200sx, Pulsar, NX1600, NX2000, Tsuru, Primera and Sunny owners.

I found a 1992 Nissan Sentra XE for $800. It's a 5 speed and runs. It looks pretty clean from the pics on craigslist. I need a daily for the Cleveland winters, I think this could be it. What does everyone think?

Check it out first. For $800 it is worth a look.

I spent $900 on a 1998 200SX and ended up changing the engine, transmission and many other things. But I knew I was gonna have to do that anyway. But for the price and how immaculate (I mean really clean, like new) the interior was I saw the potential.

Besides, that body style is great for future upgrades.

Typically any running, driving, inspected vehicle is worth $800 minimum. I'd jump on it.

Lol, I like that thinking. Also, I have been a big believer in recycling. Especially anything NISSAN. I am considering trading down for a 1993 Sentra. I just love that body style.

Well, if you think about it, its a market-generated value on "getting transportation". Kinda like, no matter how big of a POS it is, as long as it runs and drives and wont get you a ticket, it is a cost benefit to own it as opposed to taking public transportation or relying on unreliable sources (friends and junk) to get to work.

Makes sense.
