Should I buy OEM battery cables?

Hi.I need to replace the battey cables because of the hard to starting problem. So I bought the cables from autozone but they don't fit.The OEM negative cable has a ground in the middle of line and the positive cable also has something. Should I buy the brand new OEM cables?Thanks.

Yes, the grounding points are crucial.
