Should I buy a 240 SX?

Hi guys, I just signed up to the message board, and I need some opinions I am looking for a car to buy at the end of summer and im really thinking about this 1990 240SX. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/...ist=7 (Nobody buy that one :pface ) What are your recommendations? How good are they as far as performance, reliability, etc.? I am a relatively noobie driver and dont know much about cars(I'm not stupid though). I'm just trying to get something so I dont have to drive my junker to school this year(I'm a senior and I cant be seen driving my wrecked 93 Quest anymore lol). Thanks for your opinions :ylsuper

Its a great car, but it's a little slow stock.It handles like nothing else out there, except a 300ZX. Im serious. If you get one, you will love this great little car, but you will want to make it faster. And there are many ways to do that, given the $$$.

OK, so its not a bad little car? I'm really just looking for something cool to drive to school and work, not gonna be doing much(well...:icesangel ) racing. Thanks for the advice.

I say go for it. It may be slow out of the box, but that can change. Mods are also becoming cheaper for the S13/14.
