Should I buy a 2009 model?

Looking for advise from anyone who owns an 09 or 10 Maxima. Bought a 2004 Pathfinder earlier this year and it is a great vehicle. Now looking at buying my wife a 2009 Maxima. I found a 2009 SV trim with 28,000 miles for a good price. But after researching, it seems there are problems with this model like shaking and electrical problems. Seems there might be some AC problems as well. Are these isolated or a major problems in these cars?

The '09 model had a lower resolution navigation screen and a proprietary ipod plug instead of a generic usb port for those who don't have an apple product. This was changed on the 2010 on up. The CF memory card reader is only available on the '09 though. Just some slight differences that made a big difference to me when looking at used Maximas.
