Should i be worried? Valve cover breather fitting popped off?

Testing my car, rb25det s13, yesterday at the local drag strip and felt a power loss mid run and on the way back to the pits had underhood smoke. Checked it out and the fitting off the valve cover popped off and got oil everywhere. Should i be worried? Can i weld it or get a pressin fitting and be ok? Or is this a sign of something else that needs to be addressed?

U need to do a compression test and a leak test, that's goin to tell u what's wrong. Ur rings might be in their way out.
Ur engine has some blow by but shouldn't have a lot, not to pop the fitting off just enough to vent the crankcase. In your case, u may have a bigger problem.

Stock RB or are you big turbo? If you're big turbo have you done anything to the motor?
