have a top mount ka-t setup and my dp is about 1mm from touching my front brake hardline. now reading up on various sites i have heard that the s14 booster is the "thinnest" and the z32 bmc is the "shortest".

question is has anyone here done it personally or know of any other solutions?

im using the ebay t3 topmount on my kat and it was literally touching the brake line. the way i did mine was customize the manifold. i cut a v shaped area on the manifold and push it down so itll lean more towards the motor. hard to explain and your going to need a welder or someone to weld it. ive seen others use a different bmc that has the brake line ports on the opposite side and create a new line or use stainless steel lines. there should also some spacer that are slanted

the Z32 master is a perfect fit and gives you like 3 inches of clearence..there are no braking issues with it ither..and if you get the turbo one..there is a difference...then you can allso pull the better check valve too when your at the junk yard..the turbo vertion comes with a heaftyer diaphram..so this would be ideal for you if you can find one..good luck
