Things with my RB25 project are going smoothly, i just need a fuel pump, driveshaft, and intercooler piping, and adaptor plate for my Greddy intake manifold which comes in on tuesday along with my power enterprise timing belt and throw out bearing.

Heres a few pics of the recent work. Day 1 of the engine at my place finnally getting stripped down some more.

Partially painted and turbo off

Turbo = the shine

Bottom end

Oil pump off, and coolant paths cleaned becuase they were very orange and very gross....

This is how it is as of last night.

And my nifty back ground that i made...

Remember.... this is what it looked like the day i got it......

For the paint i went to O'reilys and got a special mixed paint. It was 45 bucks for just two spray cans, its a metallic blue pearl and it looks great in person, i also got my greddy intake manifold, power enterprise timing belt and throwout bearing in today from phase 2.

The paint made it look nice. I think good paint on an engine is good for 8-190 horsepower. Best mod ever!
