Short Shifter?

Has anyone heard of a short shifter on a V? I don't want it for performance, just like the feel of a short shifter.

Try getting a different shift "ball" that's heavier. I had a short shifter in my Miata for a little while, and I thought the stock one felt better, with a heavier ball on the end. (Different car, I know) I don't seem to mind the throw on the Versa though. You could try just cutting the lever if you have tools.

It's the throw I don't like. I'm 6'4" with pretty long arms, 2'nd and 4'th are akward...
