Short Shifter - B&M (only the best)Installation difficulty - MediumInstall time - 1hr - 1.5hrTools Required - 10mm, 12mm, 4mm Hex, Socket Wrench, Extension, File, Lift or Jack and jack stands.Cost - approx. $180.00Advantages - Shorter ShiftsDisadvantages - Shorter Shifts (lol) if you cant find the gear.Install was very straight forward as long as you have a Lift, or jack with 2 jackstands. Install does require you to shave .125" off of a casting in order to engage reverse which kinda worried me at the time of install but was very simple after getting to the point. The shifter keeps the factory hieght just about but the throws are extremely short im talking maybe a cm in between 1st and 2nd.

Short Shifter: Rogue Engineering

Installation difficulty: Medium

Install time: 1- 2hrs (depending if lift or using stands)

Cost: $179 + tx/ship

Advantages: 20% throw reduction. Smoother and less vibration that OEM. Same in cabin height as OEM.

Disadvantages: None.

Comments: Very clear instructions. Recommend purchasing a new pivot cup seperately. Must use OEM cup with this shifter and OEM cup could crack while removing off OEM shifter. Only needed minor adjustment on adjustment plate for 5th-6th operation. No issues with reverse engagment during install. High quality product. Shifts smooth as butter and no rattles as shifter ages. In service for 19 months so far and same as day one new.http://www.rogueengineering.co..._Code=
