So basically, I don't care to run a quick release, I don't need to take my wheel off. I bought a circuit sport short hub and I have a Nardi Deep Corn wheel which mount fine, but my problem is with my hub mounting to my steering column. When I took my steering wheel off the column doesn't look like any other of the guides I searched for. It has two pins sticking out of it for my stock steering wheel and I obviously can't bolt my hub down. If I take that piece off of my steering column by undoing the 4 bolts and unplugging the wire, I have no auto signal turn off or any horn. So what in the hell do I need to do to make these work? Also, my steering wheel cap doesn't clear my bolt on the short hub, is there any way to fit my cap in with a short hub? My s13 is fully loaded(unfortunately) so it had cruise control if that helps?

Get a better hub. That will solve all your problems.

I had the same thing on my car, If yours is a s13 hatch then you have Hicas. The two prong piece behind the wheel is the steering angle sensor. If you have disabled / remove the hicas from your car then you can remove the sensor and the hub should fit. if not then you need to get a hub that is compatible with hicas

This is a hicas hub adapter, notice the plastic piece with the holes, this is for the two prongs.
