Shops in Las Vegas?

A friend of mine is going on vacation to Las Vegas for 8 days and was wondering if there are any good shops in or near Las Vegas to buy some parts.

Parts are a lot cheaper in the states then in our country so thats why i'm asking;)

I dont think he can fit turbo's and coilovers between his luggage so its more for smaller parts:thinker
