I've owned my G35 for about 5 years now and love it still. Now I am in the market for a full size SUV. The choice make sense. However, please help me with choosing among the models and years. Also, please let me know what you recently paid for your vehicle if you don't mind sharing. Any potential maintenance issues are welcome as well. Thank you!!

First off, greetings from the staff here at NICOclub! Glad to have you here in the Armada / QX56 Forum! I have to say, I LOVE your username and I could not agree more! That is why I have a 2010 Armada Platinum. Pretty much you totally want to get an '08 or newer Armada or QX56. They made significant changes in 2008 that carry over to the 2012 models. I would suggest a high end Armada ('08-'09 would be an LE model, 2010 and newer would be a Platinum, or even a Titanium) over the QX56 simply because you probably can get more bang for the buck. Look around, see what you can get the best deal on and let us know if you have any questions! Good luck in the search! :mike

Hi,
Last week, I traded in an Odyssey for a CPO 2008 QX56. We all like it tremendously over the minivan.

Question - Is the second row center console easily removable?

Thanks.

Cheers from the staff here at NICOclub! Glad to have you as a new member of the QX56 Forum!

YES! The second row console is easily removable! There is a lever inside of the console, pull that lever and it will release the center console so you can pick it up and take it away! Let me now if you have any more questions!

Hey Timmbo,
Thanks for the tip. The console is really easy to remove and to reinstall.

Yeah, it sure is, I like the way that works and it's ease of use, but for me, I LOVE the third seat instead, works perfect for my family.
