Shopping for a '06 m45....couple questions

Im currently shopping for a 2006 m45 sport in either black or silver with bourbon interior, tech, journey, and aero. I havent found one yet. I think they are pretty hard to find but Im going to be patient because I plan on keeping this car for a while so I want to make sure Im 100% satisfied with what I purchase.

So my questions are......

how hard is it to find one in those colors with those options?

what are the most common issues people have with the '06 models?

what should I look out for when shopping for a used m45?

what are the best offsets for 20x8.5 and 20x10 staggered wheels? I want that flush look even if I have to stretch the tires a bit.

same question but what if I lower it a couple inches with coils?

do most people prefer 20's or 22's on the m's? Ive seen some awesome looking m's with both sizes.
