Why AEM for the fuel pressure regulator?

Are you planning on recirculating your BOV? Since it's difficult if not impossible with that BOV, prolly not. So I'm assuming you're going to run a blow-thru setup. If so, are you buying a new intake manifold or are you just going to fab up some piping to the stocker?

I don't know how much power you are shooting for, but 850cc x 6 on a stock motor will be plenty to blow it sky high. Also, a walbro will not keep up at that kind of power level.

Why a greddy boost controller when you can get a boost controller add-on for the PFC? Makes for a cleaner install and you don't have a big-*** LCD screen that you have to mount next to your hand controller.

What about replacement parts like water pump, timing belt, and pulleys?

I agree with Darius, 850cc is a little extreme if you are looking for 500 HP on the stock motor then 650cc should be plenty of fuel. For those big of injectors I'd be looking to rebuild the motor. Cause you never know how much abuse your motor took before you got it...

You're going to want to add new gaskets and accessory belts to that list, could set you back $100-$200 unexpected dollars.

Hey M.... I mean Darius. No, it's actually quite easy to recirc with the HKS SSQV. You can buy a $20 aluminum fitting that fits into the end of the BOV and allows to connect a 1" hose to it. I bought one once before I converted to blow-through, but never hooked it up. I've since sold it now though.

That's cool to know! I didn't think that cover could be removed. What is its main purpose then? Sound?

I suppose the purpose of recirculating with HKS BOV is so it's more responsive. That SSQV will release air at a measly 1psi! Even less chance for compressor surge.

As far as the AEM FPR, I'm assuming you're looking at the 25-302 tapped for -6AN fittings and a 1/8" gauge port. I think you might be able to find an Aeromotive for a slightly better price, but it is up to you.

My setup is that I'm completely stock with a built bottom end, cams, and valve springs. I guess I have a SARD FPR, PFC w/boost control kit, and supra TT fuel pump too. I can't afford upgrades until I get my end-of-year bonus and tax return. Even then, I don't know if I'll be able to afford anything after retirement contributions. Damned responsibility. I still have yet to size a turbo, intercooler, piping and everything else. I could fill half a page with all the miscellaneous parts and services so we'll measure it as $10,000+the motor/clip.
